Sabor Familia is more than just a food trailer—it’s a dream brought to life by family. Cousins Xotchil Rodriguez and Luis Rodriguez-Sanchez grew up with a deep love for the traditional Mexican dishes passed down through generations. After years of sharing meals at family gatherings, they decided it was time to bring those same beloved flavors to the community.

With guidance from their fathers and aunts—who have all played a big role in passing down recipes and traditions—Sabor Familia brings together heritage, flavor, and heart. Luis combines his culinary skills with his background as a certified personal trainer to create a menu that features both classic favorites and lighter, health-conscious options.

Sabor Familia es más que un tráiler de comida—es un sueño hecho realidad por la familia. Los primos Xotchil Rodriguez y Luis Rodriguez-Sanchez crecieron con un profundo amor por los platillos tradicionales mexicanos que se han transmitido de generación en generación. Después de años compartiendo comidas en reuniones familiares, decidieron que era el momento de llevar esos mismos sabores tan queridos a la comunidad.

Con la orientación de sus padres y tías—quienes han jugado un papel fundamental en transmitir recetas y tradiciones—Sabor Familia une herencia, sabor y corazón. Luis combina sus habilidades culinarias con su experiencia como entrenador personal certificado para crear un menú que incluye tanto los favoritos clásicos como opciones más ligeras y saludables.
